Having been involved in Corporate Design for over 20 years, Piers is now known for producing high quality ‘true to life’ portraits, in his Hampshire studio.
Rather than attempting to portray his subjects as ‘hyper-real’, utilising intuitive aesthetic choices and gestural strokes, he provides a personal edge to each portrait that alters and enhances recognisable subject matter, summoning a joyful emotional response that culminates in an imaginative, joyful visual experience.
